Payments, Download Access & Refund Policy

All manuals sold on diymanualpdf.com are digital PDF service manuals provided as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscription fees or hidden monthly charges.

After successful payment, your purchased manual will be delivered electronically by download link, order confirmation page, customer account access, or email. No physical item will be shipped.

We do not store full credit card numbers, debit card details, PayPal login details, or other sensitive payment credentials. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available payment partners.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital PDF files that can be downloaded, copied, saved, or accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once access to the digital product has been provided.

You may request a refund or cancellation before the manual has been accessed or downloaded. If the download link, file, or digital access has already been provided or used, refunds are generally not available, except where required by law or where we are unable to resolve a genuine product issue.

We may offer a replacement file, restored download access, store credit, or refund at our discretion in the following cases:

• The download link does not work and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• The PDF file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• You received the wrong manual compared with the product you purchased.
• You accidentally purchased the same manual more than once.

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

• The manual has already been accessed or downloaded.
• You purchased the wrong manual by not checking the product title, model, year range, or description.
• You expected a printed book instead of a digital PDF file.
• You no longer need the manual after purchase.
• The manual does not include information that was not specifically promised in the product description.
• You are unable to open the PDF due to device, software, or compatibility issues outside our control.

To help prevent digital access fraud, we may record download-related information such as access time, IP address, approximate location, device/browser information, and download activity. This information may be used to verify delivery, restore access, prevent abuse, and respond to payment disputes.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at diymanualpdf@gmail.com. Include your order number, email address used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we reasonably believe that the refund policy is being abused, the product has been accessed or downloaded, the customer has violated our Terms of Service, or the order appears fraudulent.

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Account Cancellation

You may request that we cancel or delete your customer account at any time by contacting diymanualpdf@gmail.com. Some order, payment, tax, fraud prevention, or legal records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business purposes.
