All products are delivered electronically. No printed book, CD, DVD, USB drive, or physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated on the product page.

2. Digital Delivery

After payment is successfully completed, your digital manual will be delivered by email, download link, customer account access, or another electronic delivery method.

You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect email address, please contact us as soon as possible at diymanualpdf@gmail.com.

3. Immediate Access To Digital Content

By completing a purchase, you agree that the digital product may be made available immediately after payment. You acknowledge that once the file, download link, or access to the digital product has been provided, your right to cancel may be lost, except where required by applicable law.

This is important because digital PDF files can be downloaded, copied, saved, or accessed immediately after purchase.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once access to the file or download link has been provided.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion in the following situations:

The download link does not work and we cannot provide a working replacement.
The PDF file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.

You accidentally purchased the same manual more than once.

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

You already downloaded or accessed the manual.
You purchased the wrong manual by not checking the model, year, or product description.
You expected a printed book instead of a digital PDF.
You no longer need the manual after purchase.
The manual does not contain information that was not specifically promised in the product description.
You are unable to open the PDF due to device, software, or compatibility issues outside our control.

5. Customer Responsibility
