At DIY Manual PDF, all products sold on diymanualpdf.com are digital PDF service manuals delivered electronically. We do not ship physical books, CDs, DVDs, USB drives, or printed manuals.

Digital Delivery

After your payment has been successfully processed, your PDF manual will be delivered electronically by email, download link, order confirmation page, customer account access, or another digital delivery method.

In most cases, access to your digital manual is provided shortly after checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on payment confirmation, email delivery, fraud checks, technical issues, or manual order review.

No Physical Shipping

Because our products are digital downloads, no physical item will be shipped to your address. Shipping charges do not apply to digital PDF manual purchases.

If you see a shipping-related message during checkout, please make sure you are purchasing a digital PDF product. You may also contact us before completing your order.

Email Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect email address, you may not receive your order confirmation or download link.

If you made a mistake with your email address, contact us as soon as possible at diymanualpdf@gmail.com with your order number and the correct email address.

Download Access

Your download link may be delivered by email or made available on the order confirmation page. Please save a copy of your PDF manual after downloading it.

Download access may be limited, deactivated, or reviewed if we detect abuse, unauthorized sharing, chargeback misuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

Missing Download Link

If you do not receive your download link, please first check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder. Some email providers may delay or filter automated emails.

If you still cannot find your download link, contact us at diymanualpdf@gmail.com. Please include your order number, name, and the email address used at checkout.

Incorrect or Corrupted File

If you receive the wrong manual, a corrupted file, or a download link that does not work, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the issue and may provide a corrected file, replacement download link, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
